Ingredients:
- 1 cup nutella
- 2 eggs
- 10 tablespoons flour
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a mini muffin pan with paper or foil liners
- In a medium bowl, whisk the Nutella and eggs until smooth
- Add the flour and whisk until blended
- Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tins (about 3/4 full)
- Bake for 11-12 minutes or until the top of the muffins starts to crack. A toothpick inserted into a muffin should come out clean.
