Ingredients:
Brownie Layer
- 1 cup butter
- ½ cup (4 ounces) chocolate
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Blondie Layer
- 1 ½ cup butter
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips (or other types of chips if you want)
Other
- 15-20 oreos (for middle layer)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º and prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish
(brownie layer)
- Melt together the butter and chocolate
- Stir in the sugar and eggs
- Mix in the flour, cocoa powder and salt
- Spread the batter in the prepared baking dish
(oreo layer)
- Press oreos into the top of the brownie batter
(blondie layer)
- Melt the butter
- Whisk in the brown sugar and vanilla
- Mix in the flour, baking soda and salt
- Add in the white chocolate chips and fold into the batter
- Spread the batter over the oreo layer
- Bake for 50-55 minutes (until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean)
