Ingredients:
- ¾ cup butter (room temperature)
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup pretzel crisps crushed
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup caramel chips
Directions:
- Using an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat together the butter, brown sugar and sugar until creamy.
- Beat in the egg and egg yolk. Then add the vanilla and mix until combined.
- Add in the cornstarch, baking soda, salt and flour, mixing until the dough is soft.
- Add in the pretzel crisps, white chocolate chips and caramel chips. Mix until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate the dough for 1 hour (at least).
- While the dough is in the refrigerator, preheat the oven to 350º. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Take the dough out of the refrigerator and scoop dough onto the trays.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
