White Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (16 oz) prepared vanilla frosting
  • 1 package (11 oz) white chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 bags (16 oz) mini reese’s peanut butter cups coarsely chopped
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup peanut butter chips

Directions:

  1. Lightly grease an 8-inch square pan.
  2. Chop the reese’s cups (coarsely).  Set aside.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine frosting, white chocolate chips, and butter.  Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then continue microwaving for 30 seconds at a time until the chips are melted.
  4. Pour half the mixture into the pan and spread in an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle with half the chopped reese’s cups.
  6. Whisk the peanut butter into the remaining white chocolate mixture.
  7. Pour the peanut butter and fudge mixture onto the first layer of fudge in the pan.
  8. Sprinkle the top with the remaining chopped peanut butter cups and peanut butter chips.
  9. Put in the refrigerator for an hour.
  10. Remove from refrigerator and cut into squares.  Store in the refrigerator.
