Ingredients:
- 1 can (16 oz) prepared vanilla frosting
- 1 package (11 oz) white chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 bags (16 oz) mini reese’s peanut butter cups coarsely chopped
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup peanut butter chips
Directions:
- Lightly grease an 8-inch square pan.
- Chop the reese’s cups (coarsely). Set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine frosting, white chocolate chips, and butter. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then continue microwaving for 30 seconds at a time until the chips are melted.
- Pour half the mixture into the pan and spread in an even layer.
- Sprinkle with half the chopped reese’s cups.
- Whisk the peanut butter into the remaining white chocolate mixture.
- Pour the peanut butter and fudge mixture onto the first layer of fudge in the pan.
- Sprinkle the top with the remaining chopped peanut butter cups and peanut butter chips.
- Put in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Remove from refrigerator and cut into squares. Store in the refrigerator.
