Ingredients:
Crust
- 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup butter (melted)
Brownies
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ cup butter (melted)
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 ⅔ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 ⅓ cup flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Peanut butter cups
- Milk chocolate candy bar
Marshmallows
- 1 bag jet-puffed marshmallows (big)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º and grease 9×13 pan
- In a medium bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and butter until combined.
- Pour and press into bottom of prepared pan.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes (until beginning to brown).
- In a large bowl, stir together cocoa, melted butter, and hot water.
- Add sugar, eggs and vanilla and stir until combined.
- Pour brownie batter over baked graham cracker layer.
- Press peanut butter cups into brownie batter. Break up the candy bar into individual pieces and place in between peanut butter cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Remove brownies from oven and turn oven to broil setting. Add marshmallows on top of brownies. Broil for 2-3 minutes (until marshmallows start to turn golden brown).
