Peanut Butter Cup Stuffed S’mores Brownies

Ingredients:

Crust

  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup butter (melted)

Brownies

  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 ⅔ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 ⅓ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Peanut butter cups
  • Milk chocolate candy bar

Marshmallows

  • 1 bag jet-puffed marshmallows (big)

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º and grease 9×13 pan
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and butter until combined.
  3. Pour and press into bottom of prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 12-14 minutes (until beginning to brown).
  5. In a large bowl, stir together cocoa, melted butter, and hot water.
  6. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla and stir until combined.
  7. Pour brownie batter over baked graham cracker layer.
  8. Press peanut butter cups into brownie batter.  Break up the candy bar into individual pieces and place in between peanut butter cups.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  10. Remove brownies from oven and turn oven to broil setting.  Add marshmallows on top of brownies. Broil for 2-3 minutes (until marshmallows start to turn golden brown).
