Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

Ingredients:

• ½ cup peanut butter
• ½ cup butter softened
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 ⅓ cup flour
• 1 teaspoons baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• Hershey kisses (one for each cookie; about 24)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. With an electric mixer, cream together peanut butter, butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth
3. Add egg and vanilla and beat until smooth
4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt and beat until combined
5. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet
6. Make an indentation in the center of each cookie
7. Bake for 12-14 minutes
8. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Then place a hershey kiss in the center of each cookie
