Ice Cream Waffle Cones (or bowls)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup flour

Directions

  1. Preheat waffle cone maker
  2. Mix together sugar, egg whites, vanilla, salt, melted butter and flour (batter will be thick)
  3. Scoop batter into machine (2 teaspoons for small cone, 1 ½ tablespoons for a full sizes cone)
  4. When it is finished baking, remove from machine and wrap around the cone (for a bowl place in a bowl instead)
  5. Allow to cool while wrapped around cone (or in bowl) while the next one bakes
