Ingredients:
- 2 ¼ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 ½ cups sugar (plus some for rolling)
- 2 ounces cream cheese (cut into 8 pieces)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 package white chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º and line cookie tray with parchment paper
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder together in a medium bowl
- Place 1 ½ cups sugar and cream cheese in a large powl. Pour butter over sugar and cream cheese and whisk to combine (it is ok if there are small chunks of cream cheese at this point)
- Whisk in oil until incorporated
- Add egg, milk, and vanilla and whisk until smooth
- Add flour mixture and mix with rubber spatula until dough forms
- Add white chocolate chips and mix until incorporated
- Scoop dough into balls and roll the balls in sugar until they are fully coated
- Flatten balls and place on prepared tray
- Bake for 15 minutes
