


Ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 stick butter, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Mini rolos or mini reeses cups (or whatever you are stuffing the cookies with)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and prepare baking sheets
- Cream together peanut butter, butter, sugar and brown sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl
- Stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture until fully combined
- Make dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter)
- Press a rolo or reeses cup into the center of each ball and roll the dough in your hand until the rolo or reeses is in the center of the dough
- Bake for 9 minutes
