

Ingredients:
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 ½ cup flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º and grease 9’x13’ pan
- Combine coconut oil, brown sugar in electric mixing bowl
- Add eggs, vanilla, salt, and baking powder and mix
- Add flour and mix
- Add butterscotch and chocolate chips and mix
- Pour batter into prepared pan
- Bake for 15 minutes. Check after 15 minutes to make sure edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. If not, bake for 2 minute increments, checking after each 2 minute period until they are done.
