Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 2 ¼ cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Oreos (one package)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 175º and lightly grease 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Combine melted coconut oil, oil, and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix.
- Add flour, cocoa powder and salt. Stir until just combined.
- Pour half of batter into prepared pan.
- Place oreos on top until the whole pan is covered.
- Pour remaining half of batter over oreo layer (don’t worry if batter doesn’t completely cover oreos, it will spread when cooked)
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
- Remove and allow to cool before slicing (you might have to refrigerate brownies if they are too gooey to cut; this is normal)
